CPT Riley's Co., LTC/COL Foot's Regiment ...

Cavalry unit identified as CPT Riley's Company, LTC/COL Foot's Regiment.  Records indicate this Cavalry unit existed at least from Jan 1863 to Aug 1864 (per S. P. Nash's CSA pension application # 40394 and supporting documents. Pension application made in Texas in 1924, affidavit by Stribling and Tullos made in Neshoba County same year). It was called up for 30 days in 1864.

Stephen Perry "Com" Nash, T. R. Tullos, and S.H.Stribli
