Lillian Weams Stribling, b. Nov. 24, 1883 & died Nov. 8, 1917, married
Robert H. Gully, DDS on Apr. 29, 1905. Lillian was a daughter of Samuel
Henderson Stribling and Delia E. Jay.
Samuel Henderson Stribling (son of James Madison Stribling & Mary Leah
"Polly" (Stribling) Stribling) was a banker, Chancery Court Clerk, Circuit
Court Clerk, Superintendent of Eduction in Neshoba Co., MS. He was also
Confederate veteran. He held one of the clerk positions at the time of a
couthouse fire in Philadelphia. Family legend indicates that he risked his
life to save some of the court record books from the fire. Samuel Henderson
Stribling's parents were second cousins.

Ruth Gertrude Stribling (b. July 5, 1880 in Philadelphia) was also a
daughter of Samuel Henderson Stribling and his wife Delia E. Jay.
Gertrude married George Eugene "Roger" Wilson, who became a judge. G. E.
Wilson & Ruth Gertrude were the parents of James Cook Wilson, whose family
left a copy of his genealogy collection with the public library in
Philadelphia.

married Hugh Lorenzo McKinney. I have April 5, 1916 as a marriage date.

descended from Mary Leah "Polly" (Stribling) Stribling's line rather than
from James Madison's line.
